Sodexo at CORBAN UNIVERSITY is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces, and assist with basic setup and break-down tasks as directed.

The role requires you to be available for varying shifts, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with sanitizing agents.
• Restock supplies like soap and paper towels.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
