P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking Dishwashers for immediate start at our Grapevine location. The role focuses on washing and sanitizing all plate ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, keeping the dish area clean and organized.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour with full-time or part-time schedules, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) eligibility, discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep.
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
• Perform opening, closing and side work.
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
