True Food Kitchen in Plano, TX is seeking a diligent dishwasher to keep our kitchen spotless and ready for service. You’ll operate and maintain the dish machine, aid with prep areas, and support a clean, organized environment throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible shifts (AM/PM) and a can-do attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
