Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assists kitchen staff by stocking and supplying on-demand items.
• Loads, runs, and unloads dishwasher per guidelines.
• Maintains clean, sanitary workstation following sanitation standards.
• Transfers food and utensils between workstations and storage.
• Stores food properly to minimize spoilage.
• Keeps equipment running by following operating instructions and performing basic maintenance.
• Maintains adequate dish and utensil levels.
• Separates and disposes of waste according to company policy.
