Job summary

FULLERTON BAEKJEONG LLC in Buena Park, CA is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will wash utensils and dishes, keep back-of-house areas clean, and assist with stocking and sanitation to ensure a smooth service.

No prior experience required, but a valid Food Handler Card is preferred. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds and be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires Food Handler Card.
• No prior experience required.
• Prior dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash dirty utensils, pots, grills, and dishes by hand and/or dishwasher.
• Use detergent/sanitizer properly and maintain cleanliness.
• Clear hazards and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Empty and clean garbage cans; sweep and mop floors.
• Restock items and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
