City Winery Philadelphia is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our high-volume kitchen in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and unloading dishwashers, ensuring availability of clean dishes for service.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality focus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans; maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Sort and load dishes properly into the dishwasher and unload cleaned items.
• Restock and store clean dishes and cooking equipment in proper areas.
• Maintain dishwasher and inventory of detergents; report shortages or faults to supervisor.
• Keep floors and equipment clean; assist with general kitchen duties as needed.
