The LINE DC is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to support and report directly into the Executive Sous Chef. This is a fast-moving business, so we are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once.

Our culture is pacey but supportive, so you must be able to work in synergy with peers and other departments around you. Being an active communicator who is a team player and detail-oriented is a must to ensure a uniquely brilliant culinary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years related experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Must be courteous and professional at all times.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and utensils; send through dish machine.
• Carry clean dishes to the line and proper storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
• Notify manager if dish machine safety standards are not met.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and departmental policies.
