Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, and sanitize garbage cans.
