Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Dishwashers to join our team at Centrico and Tiendita in Anaheim, California. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen items to meet health standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
