Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen stock and cleans utensils to support a smooth operation.
• Operates dishwasher, loads/unloads dishes per guidelines.
• Ensures safe, sanitary work area and proper handling of food items.
• Assists chefs with carrying pans, kettles, and trays between stations.
• Maintains food quality by proper storage and minimizing spoilage.
• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps equipment running.
• Maintains adequate quantities of dishes and utensils; follows waste disposal standards.
