Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store all china, glassware, and silverware.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Break down trays and sort items efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishroom, kitchen aisles, and dock areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Clean and maintain dish machines, tables, walls, and floors.
• Support team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
