Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in safely using and operating all necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Effective communicator with ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Able to multitask and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and moving around the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with the needs of the kitchen and dining area, preventing any backups of dirty dishes.
• Ensure all cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly to their proper places.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Assist in keeping back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal, ensuring garbage areas stay clean and tidy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies described in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.
