Job summary

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a rack/conveyor.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods and maintains cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, loads/unloads supplies, and assists with transfers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
