Responsibilities

• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware to ensure cleanliness.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine and maintain flow.
• Work with speed and accuracy in a busy kitchen.
• Support opening/closing tasks and station setup/breakdown.
