Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Marlton, NJ is hiring immediately for dishwashers on either a full-time or part-time basis. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 based on experience.

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a safe and sanitized area, washing and sanitizing all dishware and keeping the dish room clean and organized. Flex scheduling and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about chemicals used in the building and proper usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen areas and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean food prep areas, facilities or equipment.
• Apply sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes and utensils in storage areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
