Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
