JDK Management Company is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to help keep our Mount Pocono restaurant running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen gear are cleaned and ready for use.

You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and contribute is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; dishwashing experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with cleaning and stocking.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal and floor cleaning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
