Responsibilities

• Follow all company procedures.
• Load, run and unload dish machine; report issues to supervisor; monitor water temperature and cleaning chemicals.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster.
• Maintain adequate levels of detergents and cleaning supplies; coordinate with supervisor for orders.
• Clean food prep and production areas as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
