Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age.
• Able to work between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift, move and shelve up to 50 lbs.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and safe kitchen area and wash all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to the dumpster.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
