Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods to maintain cleanliness.
• Remains compliant with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
