• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays as per procedures and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and products.
