Estefan Kitchen Orlando is seeking a part-time dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, ensuring a sanitary dining experience. You will operate dishwashing machinery and assist with basic prep tasks as needed.

The role requires standing long hours in a hot, humid kitchen, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and good teamwork with staff and management. Benefits include meal discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) to communicate with staff and management.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dishwash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and equipment per health standards.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and hand wash larger items as needed.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean and organized.
• Support kitchen staff and help with basic tasks when required.
