Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Orlando, FL is hiring a dishwasher to support busy dining rooms with clean tableware and smooth kitchen flow. The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand long periods, and safe lifting up to 60 pounds.

You will load and operate the dish machine, keep areas clean, monitor water temperature for sanitary cycles, and assist as needed to maintain adequate supplies and fast service.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Safely lift bags, cases and stacks up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report any issues.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster.
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth operation as directed by manager.
• Clean walls, floors, sinks, mops, and cooler floor daily.
