Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and order in the kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and dishwashing station.
• Empties trash, cleans containers, sweeps, mops, and stocks as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of all dishes, flatware, utensils, pots, and pans using warewashing standards.
• Ensures dish machine is working properly and reports issues to leadership.
• Provides courteous service to guests and supports a fast, clean dining environment.
