Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Washes China, glasses, silverware and kitchen supplies in ware washer and/or sink.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with health codes.
• Cleans and organizes workstation.
• Properly stocks and stores food inventory when asked.
• Performs kitchen duties as directed by the Sous Chef, including sweeping and mopping.
• Checks Water temperatures for proper sanitation.
• Maintains ware washing equipment in good repair.
• Assists with food preparation and kitchen tasks as directed.
