Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a dishwasher/porter to support busy kitchens and venues. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining dish stations while coordinating with chefs and fellow team members.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality setting (office, casino, nightclub, bar, lounge, and restaurant environments) and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and participate in opening/closing duties and trainings.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must be able to move quickly.
• Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all service/kitchen wares; maintain dish station and venue cleanliness.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support co-workers as part of a team.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and setup of dish stations.
• Communicate product needs to chefs or purchaser; report breakage immediately.
• Participate in daily pre-service meetings and trainings.
