Job summary

The role earns a base hourly rate equivalent to Washington State minimum wage - $17.13/hour - with eligibility to participate in the company tip pool. Tips typically range between $6.00 and $10.00 per hour, but distributions vary.

You will support a fast-paced kitchen, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and break down the dish machine; change the dishwater periodically.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and other equipment and stock accordingly.
• Maintain sanitation and safe handling in line with health codes.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties for team success.
• Report equipment problems to leadership promptly.
