Job summary

The Italiano - Scottsdale is seeking hardworking dishwashers to keep a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen running smoothly. Join a team that values cleanliness, efficiency, and team spirit in a busy restaurant environment.

As a dishwasher, you will collect and organize used dishes, operate dishwashing equipment safely, clean and store items, and support the culinary team to ensure service flow. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or dishwashing is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Load, operate, and unload dishwashing equipment safely.
• Sanitize and store kitchen items according to health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and kitchen.
• Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment is available during service.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
