Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas in sanitary condition.
• Follows outlined safety procedures and maintains proper chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and cleans floors, tables and prep surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or in dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using prescribed methods and maintains equipment as instructed.
• Removes trash and keeps areas and equipment orderly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and supports loading/unloading.
