Ramsay’s Kitchen Naperville is seeking a diligent Porter to help maintain a spotless kitchen and assist with basic prep as needed. You will operate dishwashing equipment, keep floors and equipment clean, and support both kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The Porter role requires a strong work ethic, cleanliness, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
• Focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures.
• Willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors.
• Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards.
