Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature dishes.
