Job summary

T S Restaurants is opening Duke's Kona in Kailua Kona, HI. This role involves dishwashing, food prep, and maintaining clean kitchen operations to support a high-volume service during opening. You will work closely with a team committed to aloha, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

No prior experience required; six months to one year preferred, with potential for full-time employment and growth as the team establishes standards for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Stock supplies and organize items in serving stations and storage areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen and work areas.
• Prepare foods for cooking or serving and assist in plating desserts as needed.
• Move and arrange heavy items safely; notify managers of maintenance needs.
