Job summary

You will support other kitchen stations as needed and follow GMPs and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety and operational efficiency.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Washes all dishes, utensils, and pots/pans.
• Restocks clean dishes in kitchen, prep and service areas.
• Loads and unloads the dishwasher following procedures.
• Stocks products into storage areas using FIFO method.
• Maintains sanitation buckets and keeps areas clean and orderly.
• Follows GMPs and sanitation guidelines; reports safety issues.
