Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher or kitchen support role preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas and kitchen stations.
• Operate dishwashing machines and stock with proper chemicals.
• Assist with removal of trash and recycling and proper waste disposal.
• Keep floors, drains and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly and ready for use.
• Collaborate with BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Execute tasks from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism.
