Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1 yr. kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts

• Maintain proper dish cleaning and sanitation at all times
• Ensure a clean station and workspace through opening/closing duties
• Coordinate with cooks, servers and management to support fast-paced service
• Follow sanitation protocols to uphold high-quality food presentation
