Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen environment; sweep and mop as needed.
• Assist with food prep or plating during peak times.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and proper chemical handling.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
