Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwasher and maintain proper sanitizer levels.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and flowing during service.
• Return clean items to proper locations promptly to prevent shortages.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as directed by the chef.
• Take out trash and maintain back-of-house cleanliness.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors after service and follow food safety standards.
