Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in warm to very warm kitchen temperatures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and maintain clean dishware.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized; assist with basic prep during peak times.
• Assist with opening/closing side work and trash disposal.
• Support kitchen staff and prep cooks as needed during busy periods.
