Job summary

P.F. Chang's Indianapolis is hiring dishwashers to maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and support the back of house.

The role includes washing and sanitizing dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, keeping the dish area organized and safe for staff and guests. We offer competitive hourly pay range of $16.00 - $19.00, flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits for qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, sanitize utensils and maintain kitchen areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load/unload trucks and perform opening/closing side work.
• Address spills or broken glassware promptly.
