Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain spotless kitchens and dish areas in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. You will clean, sanitize, and operate dishwashing equipment, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable shifts, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay ($18.47–$19.00) with benefits may apply for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Possession of or ability to obtain all state work cards.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations and customer service.
• Sanitation and safety knowledge.
• Full service kitchen operations experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
• Set up, operate and clean all kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas and dish rooms.
• Scrape/spray wares before washing.
• Rack china and glassware according to standards.
• Ensure all wares are clean and sanitary before use.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and goods.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.
• Follow safety and health procedures and liquor laws.
• Complete opening/closing duties and report hazards.
