Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
• Valid Driver’s License may be needed for some locations.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery properly and safely.
• Sanitize food service and dish areas; ensure ware is clean and stored correctly.
• Scrape, spray, and rack ware; maintain floor cleanliness and dry conditions.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and keep workstation neat.
• Follow safety, health, and liquor laws; report hazards to management.
• Complete nightly opening/closing duties and proper checkout procedures.
