Trailborn Highlands in Highlands, NC is seeking a reliable Part Time Dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. You will clean pots, pans, and smallware, sanitize china, glass, and silverware, and help maintain par levels to keep service flowing.

This seasonal/part-time role offers flexible scheduling, an hourly rate of $16.00 to $19.00, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Organized and able to keep workspace clean and orderly.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to handle service and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and smallwares for kitchen operations.
• Clean and sanitize all china, glass, and silverware for optimal FOH operations.
• Maintain par levels of supplies and inform supervisors when low.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment per HAACP standards.
• Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and service staff to address needs.
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
