Sixty Vines - Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishware, cookware, and utensils spotless during service. You will support the kitchen by ensuring tools are clean, dried, and returned to stations.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishware, cookware, and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and sanitization.
• Support chefs by ensuring tools are cleaned and returned to stations.
• Handle dishware and glassware safely; follow sanitation standards.
• Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked per safety regulations.
