Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils by hand or with commercial equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and storage spaces.
• Assist kitchen staff by returning tools, pots and pans to designated areas.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
