Job summary

Red Lobster, Inc. is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Utility to join our team in Lafayette, IN. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, including dishware and kitchen areas, while supporting the cooking staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience preferred.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans.
• Safely operating the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed.
