Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, positive attitude and willing to support the team.
• Good organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow standard kitchen procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and a commitment to sanitation procedures.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Team-oriented and able to assist across the kitchen as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment to ensure clean service ware.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room throughout service.
• Clean and care for kitchen machines and appliances.
• Support readiness by cleaning cook stations and preparing back-of-house for next shift.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and dish room floors; maintain safety.
