Job summary

Hudson House Rice Village is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. You will wash and sanitize all tableware and cookware, keep the dish room organized, and support both culinary and service teams to ensure smooth dining experiences.

The role requires reliability, basic safety knowledge, and a willingness to assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to support kitchen and service teams.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room.
• Care for kitchen machines and appliances.
• Support readiness of back-of-house for the next shift.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries.
