Job summary

North Italia is coming soon to Chandler and is seeking a part-time team member for dish duties. You will load, run, and unload the dish machine, maintain a clean dish room, and help keep kitchen areas sanitary to support a smooth service.

Qualifications

• Efficient, effective, and passionate about cleanliness.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to keep service running smoothly.
• Monitor dish machine, keep it clean and sanitary, report issues.
• Keep dish room and kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and prevent loss or breakage.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules.
