• Monitor the dish machine at all times; keep it clean and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean dish room, mop floors, and sanitize kitchen hallways and buckets.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean wares and prevent breakage or loss.
• Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.
