Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Alpharetta (Embassy Suites) seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and running smoothly in a fast-paced hotel environment. You’ll wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and assist the team during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work quickly and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and blocks to uphold sanitation standards.
• Dispose of trash properly in designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans to maintain hygiene.
• Sort bottles and process disposable items using the bottle crushing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or load them into racks for the dishwashing machine.
• Polish silverware using burnishing-machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
